What data we process

• Data you send us: name, company, email and message content, when you write to us through the form or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. Recorded by our hosting and protection provider (Cloudflare) to run the site and protect it from abuse.

Why, and on what basis

• Replying to your request and, if you wish, preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Security and operation of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We don't use your data for profiling, we don't sell it and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

How long

Contact requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months, unless a contract follows. Technical data is kept by the hosting provider for short periods, according to its policies.

Providers

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, content delivery and security). Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on our own domain, with no calls to external services.

We only store your light or dark theme preference in your browser (localStorage). It is technical data, stays on your device and needs no consent. Cloudflare may set technical security cookies, needed to protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@cloudfactory.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
