IT support for the people at work, first and second level.

One point of contact for the people who work with you: we fix everyday problems remotely or on site, and we look after what sits behind them, from servers to dealing with suppliers.

The problem

When the printer jams, who do you call?

In many companies IT belongs to whoever knows a bit about it: a colleague, the management software vendor, the line engineer. Each one fixes their own piece and nobody sees the whole. Requests get lost between calls and messages, the same problems come back and, when something really stops, it isn't clear who should step in. In a healthcare facility that means patients waiting at the front desk.

How it works

From the request to the cause.

  1. 01

    One request, however suits you

Phone, WhatsApp or email: whoever has a problem calls or writes the way they already do. We log every request with who made it, the site and the workstation, so nothing stays buried in a chat.

  2. 02

    First level: fix it now

Connectivity, PCs, printers, Office and Microsoft 365, digital signatures, access. We work remotely with a business licence of TeamViewer, which unlike the free version comes with a data processing agreement, or on site in Rome when the hardware needs hands.

  3. 03

    Second level: servers, network, cloud

Whatever the first level can't close comes straight to us: servers, NAS and backups at each site, network and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, connecting medical equipment to RIS and PACS.

  4. 04

    Suppliers, one voice

We talk to the management software house, the line provider, the printer or equipment supplier, with the right technical details. You don't have to be the go-between.

  5. 05

    Cause, fix, documentation

Once the urgent part is over, we find the cause, fix it and write down what we did: configurations, access, network diagrams. The problem doesn't come back and whoever comes next finds everything in order.

An external IT function for organisations without an in-house IT team.

Why Cloudfactory

First level fixes it. Second level stops it happening again.

We are the external IT function of a Roman healthcare group with four outpatient clinics, two of which handle about a hundred patient admissions a day, and a care home. That's where we learnt that a helpdesk does more than answer: by analysing four months of calls to one clinic's switchboard, 5,386 calls of which 3,987 answered and 1,399 missed, we built the voicebot that now picks up the requests the front desk can't take. Whoever answers you also looks after servers, network and email, so they know the whole system.

FAQ

Before you call us.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Urgent cases, such as a site with no connection or a server down, take priority over everything else.

Do you come on site?

Yes, in Rome. Many requests are closed remotely; when hardware, cabling or equipment needs attention, we come in person.

Why a paid TeamViewer and not the free version?

The free version is meant for personal use and has no data processing agreement. The business licence includes the agreement, and connections are logged.

Do you work with the management software we already use?

Yes. We don't replace the software house: we coordinate with them, open tickets with the right technical details and follow the fix through to the end.
