Meeting rooms where the call starts with one touch.

We design and fit out rooms for video meetings, from a small room for a few people to the boardroom: camera, audio, display, network and one button to join the meeting.

The problem

Every meeting starts looking for the right cable.

The organiser's laptop plugged into the screen, a webcam that only frames whoever sits in front of it, a microphone that hears the air conditioning and not the person at the far end of the table. Remote attendees hear badly and speak up less. A meeting room works when anyone walks in, touches a button and is in the call.

How it works

From site visit to first meeting.

  1. 01

    Site visit and acoustics

We measure the room, look at where people sit, where the light comes from and how much it echoes. Glass walls and high ceilings change the choice of microphones more than any spec sheet.

  2. 02

    Platform and devices

We start from the platform you already use: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet or Zoom Rooms. We choose a camera with auto framing, speakerphones or ceiling microphones, one or two displays and a touch panel on the table.

  3. 03

    Cabling and network

We run network and power where they're needed, with cables hidden. Room devices go on a dedicated VLAN, with QoS to prioritise audio and video, and stay updated and managed remotely.

  4. 04

    Calendar and booking

Each room has its own account and calendar: you book it from Outlook or Google Calendar as you would invite a person, and the panel shows whether it's free. The scheduled meeting appears on the panel and starts with one touch.

  5. 05

    Testing and training

We run a test meeting with people in the room and remotely, tune audio and framing, and show staff how to start a meeting, share a screen and let an external guest in.

Who it's for

Every room has its own size.

Small and huddle rooms

For a few seats: a video bar that combines camera, microphones and speaker in one device, above or below the screen.

Boardrooms

Long tables and many people: a camera that follows the speaker, ceiling microphones, dual displays for people and content.

Professional firms

Remote meetings with clients, documents shared on screen and guests joining from the browser without installing anything.

Multi-site organisations

Meetings between sites and staff training without travelling, with the same rooms and the same controls everywhere.

Why Cloudfactory

A meeting room is part of your network.

The best camera is no use if the Wi-Fi is saturated or the room calendar isn't connected to your email. We already run networks, email and workstations: we configure the meeting room inside the same system, with the same accounts, and support it through our helpdesk when something goes wrong.

FAQ

Before fitting out the room.

Do we have to use Microsoft Teams?

No. We work with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet and Zoom Rooms. If you join meetings on different platforms, we choose devices that can join those too, so an external invite isn't a problem.

Can we use the display we already have?

Often yes, if it has the right inputs and suits the size of the room. We check during the site visit.

Will remote attendees hear us well?

That's the part we work on most: microphone placement, echo cancellation, background noise. If the room echoes we also suggest how to fix it, for example with acoustic panels.

What about the laptop?

It connects by cable or wirelessly to share the screen, but it's no longer needed to start the meeting.
